Aquarion Evol is a 2012 anime series. It is a sequel to Aquarion. It was animated by both Satelight & Eight Bit, and directed by Yūsuke Yamamoto. As well as chief directed by Shōji Kawamori.
It aired originally on Japan's TV Tokyo network from January 8, 2012 to June 24, 2012 with a total of 26 episodes. Funimation licensed the anime and produced an English Dub which was released on DVD and Blu-Ray on December 3, 2013.
