Afro Samurai (アフロサムライ Afuro Samurai, stylized as ΛFΓO SΛMUΓΛI) is an American anime television series based on the manga of the same name, written and illustrated by Japanese manga artist Takashi Okazaki. It debuted on Paramount Network, on January 4, 2007 and ended on February 1, 2007.
